Ch-ch-changes

So I have been pushing Kaewhy hard and hit 51. And I am totally and completely bored playing her right now. It is all the same stuff - I need to run instances to get the quests done and we always sit on our hineys and wait for a priest to join the group. Then by the time we get one to join, someone needs to go - because the three hour slot they had set aside to play was taken up by 2.5 hours of waiting.

So I created a new character on a totally new server, a dwarf priest. Heh. She should level no problem.

Scott is planning to create a horde on the same server - it is a PVP server, so that should be interesting.

So for all my whining...

... two days ago, I dedicated Saturday to levelling Kaewhy. And I have. Some of our guildies are reaching similar levels and we ran RFD and while I didn't get fantastic xp from it, being too high, it did help to level the guildies. We did discover, too late, that a 47 and 37 rogue backed up with a 42 priest is not enough to kill Amnennar. Go figure. We almost did it, though. Next time.

So I have been running around, getting ganked, trying to finish quests. I have managed to do so, out of shear persistance. Of course, any Allies I can take on the way meet their end. But then it runs both ways. Most memorable was I was stealthing through the badlands (mostly because I don't feel like encountering any creatures. I realize a higher level Allie can see me, but if they are higher level I am most often dead anyway - except for those warlocks. heh.), and a ?? hunter rode by me. He stopped, backed up, waved, dismounted, and proceeded with the ganking. I had enough time to lol. What the hell else am I going to do?

Anyways... I am now 6 bars (rested) to 48 and actually bullying my way through this. Perhaps that was all that was needed in the first place.

An actual blog posting? Gah!

So, yes, I have been remiss in my duties to actually blog. I have gotten slightly apathetic about blogging, and I apologize I can't regale y'all with exciting stories of foreign lands. Sorry bout that.

So what has been happening? Kaewhy can spit and hit 47, which is astounding, but I have been busy escorting guildies into low level instances like WC to get them outfitted. There is a method to my madness. My quests are becoming more and more necessary to have a party to finish them and finding parties is some areas is difficult. Which of course means I can't finish the quest, and I can't level without grinding turtles. Which is fine, but boring. So I escort guildies. (Why not use my guild to finish quests, you ask? Cuz we are a fairly low level guild. I am one of the highest levels and those who are at my level are not always available.)

I have also been playing lower level characters, since I can't level my main. Which is fun, but they are also at the point where I am doing the same quests over and over. I have been having an incling of starting an alliance character (gasp!!!!! What is she saying!), but at least the quests there are different and new. I am thinking a gnome paladin (if such a thing is possible, which I doubt since I don't see many of them around) or warlock (only cuz I have never played one).
